SERVICE OPTIONS

       Super Service Center offers a variety of technical 
       services as outlined below:

       In Store Services
       Standard labor rate: $65 per hour

       Express labor rate: $85 per hour
       Your equipment will be prioritized ahead of other customers 
       and is guaranteed to be diagnosed within two hours of receipt.

       Immediate labor rate.- $105 per hour
       We will immediately diagnose and/or repair your equipment 
       while you wait.

       Warranty Verification fee: $5
       
       Rent-A-Tech 

       In-store: $1 per minute, 15 minute minimum.
       Installation service for add on equipment, upgrades 
       and software support.

       Rent-A-Tech Home Delivery. $80 in Onondaga 
       County for the first computer and $45 for each computer 
       thereafter. Each delivery includes unpacking, setup of the 
       computer, printer, mouse, keyboard and monitor, as well 
       as a half-hour tutorial session.  These charges do not include 
       software installation or network connections.
   
       On Site Services

       Labor rate: $80 per hour within 0nondaga County
       Charged from  the time the technician leaves Super Service 
       Center until the time service is completed at your location.

       Pickup fee: $30
       We will pick up equipment or supplies within Onondaga 
       County for $25 per call.

       Delivery fee. $30
       We will deliver equipment or supplies within Onondaga 
       County for $25 per call.  Installation or setup of equipment 
       is not included.

       Prepaid Support
       Prepaid Technical Support Contracts provide 
       blocks of hours at a discounted rate that can be used 
       for both hardware and software support services.

       Blocks of Hours:
       10 hours @ $75 per hour 	      $ 700 (savings of $ 50)
       20 hours @ $70 per hour        $1400 (savings of $200)
       30 hours @ $65 per hour        $1950 (savings of $450)
       40 hours @ $60 per hour        $2400 (savings of $800)
