A club that you may not know too much about is Teen Action Committee. The Teen Action Committee deals with problems such as teen pregnancy, teen drinking and alcohol abuse, and just normal everyday teen problems. The committee is now involved in the Buddies Program that started school leaders taking time out of every Monday and Wednesday to spend time with kids at the elementary school. The children at the elementary school were picked to be in the program by their guidance counselor Stephanie Pavetto. These kids might be shy or need a figure to look up to. Everyone in the program looks forward to seeing the smiles on the kids' faces when they arrive. The Teen Action Committee is very pleased with the outcome of the program and hopes to make it an even bigger success next year.
