** Standard accounts have unlimited access to the Traknet Internet Service
for periodic, active use. A standard account does not permit full-time
connections, however. Subscribers using standard accounts agree to maintain
a connection only when the subscriber is actively using it. Subscribers may
not use the standard account to operate server programs, and may not use
any automatic method to avoid inactivity disconnect.
