Consolidated Industries is a non-profit organization providing training, placement services, and employment to individuals with physical disabilities, a diagnosis of mental illness, with developmental disabilities, or to those with barriers to employment receiving public assistance.
Consolidated Industries operates small businesses and manufacturing operations that employ and train these individuals; and works with hundreds of Central New York businesses where individuals with disabilities are placed and employed.
Consolidated Industries not only assists the people it serves, but serves as a valuable provider of business services to Central New York industry.
The mission of Consolidated Industries is to assist people in Central New York to overcome barriers to achieving their maximum level of employability through placement in a real work environment. It is the mission also to help the community to recognize the capability of people we serve as an asset to the labor force and be able to integrate them into the community's work force.
